You’re not doing anything wrong.
You are biologically bonded.
There is a difference. And there is a way through.
One payment. Lifetime access to course materials.
12 months inside the private Returning Woman community included. Start today. Move at your pace.
You know it was unhealthy. You left. And you still miss them anyway.
You replay conversations you’ve already dissected a hundred times, searching for the moment it made sense.
You told yourself to “just move on.” It hasn’t worked. You don’t understand why.
You feel embarrassed that it still affects you this much. You don’t say that out loud.
Some days you quietly wonder if something is actually wrong with you.
You tried to explain it to people who love you. They don’t get it. You stopped trying.
Nothing is wrong with you.
Your nervous system is stuck in a loop it was never taught to exit. That is what this is.

Trauma bonds are not weakness.
They are biological.
When a relationship cycles through emotional highs and lows, your brain forms attachment patterns similar to addiction. The same neural pathways.
Knowing the relationship was unhealthy does not break the bond.
Understanding it intellectually does not stop the rumination.
Willpower does not rewire the nervous system.
This isn’t a personal failure.
It’s a missing skill set.
This program teaches your nervous system what it was never shown before.
Brooke is the Identity Oracle behind Rewired and Rise, the author of Shattered, Broken, and Beautiful, and has guided thousands of women through recovery from relational, religious, and childhood trauma.
She didn’t build this program from research alone.
She built it from lived experience.
She went viral because she named what women were already feeling but couldn’t explain.
This program does the same.
It names it. It maps it. It walks you through it.
You understand why you’re still attached, even after leaving.
The Awakening
Your nervous system stops running in constant threat mode.
The Nervous System Reset
You recognize the fawn response in your behavior and stop hating yourself for it.
The Fawn Response
The mental replay slows down. Then it begins to stop.
Reclaiming Your Mind
Survival stops being your only mode.
The Spiritual Return
You learn what a real boundary feels like internally and how to hold it.
Boundaries and New Relationships
You move from surviving to consciously choosing.

12 Months Inside the Private Returning Woman Community
Not a Facebook group. A curated, women-only recovery container with active support.
Private therapy can cost $150 to $250 per session and may take months to even identify the trauma bond pattern.
This gives you a structured path that starts today, for $197 total.
One payment. Lifetime course access. 12 months of community support included.

Healing often stalls in isolation.
You cannot explain this to people who have not lived it.
The Returning Woman community is a private, women-only space built specifically for this recovery.
You will find women three weeks ahead of you and women three months ahead of you. Both matter.
Brooke and her team are active inside.
This is not a bonus.
This is a container.
Healing in isolation has a ceiling. This removes it.

What if I’m not ready?
You move at your own pace. Modules release weekly and can be revisited as many times as you need.
What if I’ve been stuck for years?
This was built for women who have already tried. It works at the nervous system level, not just the cognitive level.
What if I start and fall apart?
That is expected. It is supported. You will not be alone when it feels hard.
What if I’m not sure this is trauma?
If you feel stuck, if you miss someone you know harmed you, if the replay will not stop, that is enough.
This is for you if:
You left but still feel emotionally tied.
You replay conversations daily.
You want structured healing, not endless analysis.
This is not for you if:
You are currently in crisis and need immediate emergency support.
You want passive inspiration without participation.

Brooke is amazing, the world needs more of her. Her work is truly transformational. It was my first experience with hypnotherapy and it was amazing experience. Brooke is so open and friendly and makes you feel comfortable and at ease.

No.
This course is not therapy and does not replace mental health treatment.

You are always encouraged to work with a licensed mental health professional if you need therapeutic or crisis-level care.
This experience is designed for women who have survived emotional, psychological, relational, or non-physical abuse, including coercive control, manipulation, gaslighting, narcissistic abuse, or emotionally unsafe relationships.
You do not need to identify with a specific label.

There is no requirement to disclose personal details or revisit traumatic experiences.
The foundational course is yours to keep, with lifetime access once purchased.
The Returning Woman Community is a month-to-month or annual membership, and you may join or leave at any time. Replays of live workshops are always available to members, so there is no pressure to attend live.
Yes. This experience was created with uncertainty in mind.
You do not need to feel confident, healed, or clear to begin. The work is designed to meet you where you are and support you in building safety and clarity gradually.
