If you’ve already left the abusive relationship, environment, or belief system, but your body still feels tense, hypervigilant, or shut down, you’re not doing anything wrong.
Survival doesn’t end when the threat is gone.
It ends when the nervous system learns it’s safe again.
This course exists to support that process.
This course is not designed to push you through your trauma.
It won’t ask you to relive the past, rehash memories, or force emotional release.
It is not about fixing you.
It’s about helping your nervous system settle so real healing can happen at a pace your body can tolerate.
Insight alone didn’t change how your body reacts
You can explain your trauma, but still feel hijacked by it
You’re tired of coping, managing, and holding it together
You don’t want another “breakthrough” that leaves you raw
This isn’t a failure of effort.
It’s a nervous system still doing its job.
I created this course because I lived the gap between understanding trauma and actually feeling safe.
I did therapy. I gained insight. I still felt braced inside.
What changed wasn’t more information.
What changed was learning how to support my nervous system without force.
This course is the foundation I wish I’d had earlier.
Slow by design
Gentle on your nervous system
Built around regulation, not intensity
Understanding survival responses without judgment
Learning how safety is built in the body
Releasing shame around symptoms
Reconnecting with yourself without pressure
There is no timeline to finish.
You move at your own pace.

You don’t need to have clarity.
You only need the willingness to take one gentle step toward yourself.
This space will be here if and when you’re ready.
Clear answers to help you decide what support feels right for you
No.
This course is not therapy and does not replace mental health treatment.
“I Survived Abuse. Now I Rise.” is a trauma-informed educational and healing experience designed to support self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and personal growth. Many women participate alongside therapy, while others use it as a gentle starting point before seeking additional support.
You are always encouraged to work with a licensed mental health professional if you need therapeutic or crisis-level care.
This experience is designed for women who have survived emotional, psychological, relational, or non-physical abuse, including coercive control, manipulation, gaslighting, narcissistic abuse, or emotionally unsafe relationships.
You do not need to identify with a specific label.
If your experience impacted your sense of safety, self-trust, or identity, this work may support you.
No. Sharing is always optional.
You may move through the course privately and quietly, without posting, commenting, or engaging with others. If you choose to join The Returning Woman Community, participation is still entirely self-directed.
There is no requirement to disclose personal details or revisit traumatic experiences.
The foundational course is yours to keep, with lifetime access once purchased.
The Returning Woman Community is a month-to-month or annual membership, and you may join or leave at any time. Replays of live workshops are always available to members, so there is no pressure to attend live.
Yes. This experience was created with uncertainty in mind.
You do not need to feel confident, healed, or clear to begin. The work is designed to meet you where you are and support you in building safety and clarity gradually.
If at any point this experience does not feel supportive, you are always encouraged to pause, step back, or seek additional care.

Brooke is amazing, the world needs more of her. Her work is truly transformational. It was my first experience with hypnotherapy and it was amazing experience. Brooke is so open and friendly and makes you feel comfortable and at ease.
